The KShack may be a food truck today, but it didn't start that way!
KShack Kelly grew up in the heart of a successful family restaurant in Upstate New York, getting her start in the kitchen at just 16 years old. While her journey has taken her through various passions, from music to motorcycling, she has always maintained her love for cooking. In 2019, that lifelong passion took shape as The KShack, a beloved seasonal roadside stand in New York that Kelly owned and operated for five years.
After years of splitting her time between the North and her home here in Florida, Kelly decided to bring the spirit of The KShack permanently to Jacksonville. After a dedicated labor of love, The KShack was reborn as a mobile bistro. Today, we pride ourselves on building strong relationships with local farmers to ensure our ingredients are as fresh and locally sourced as possible, bringing a taste of New York tradition and Florida freshness straight to you.
